Refund policy

1. Returns and Refunds -

We do not offer returns/ refunds for any item.  However, if you receive damaged or defective items, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the damaged items.

2. Exchange -

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any of our items, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For exchange, please write to us at sales@eforefoundation.com . Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the exchange.
