Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

  • Orders using Regular Postal Services within India take 7-8 days to reach on average. Exceptions include remote locations or issues with the postal services that are outside QUEST's control.
  • Orders using Courier Services take 3-4 days within India.
  • Deliveries are usually done between Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays. Some couriers and postal services deliver on Saturdays within India.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control owing to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be responsible for any delays.

      Shipping Costs:

      • Charges vary as per the weight of the package and the delivery location.
      • Courier delivery for urgent orders is chargeable.

      Shipping Locations:

      • We can ship to any location in India

      Order Processing Time:

      • Once an order is received, QUEST dispatches the order within 1-2 days.
      • Bulk orders or special orders will be completed within 3-4 days.

      Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking:

      • You will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.
